Fiducia MGA have appointed independent claims management consultants W K Webster & Co Ltd & their subsidiary ITAL to oversee and manage all Cargo & Freight liability claims.

It is important that the Assured notify W K Webster & Co Ltd of a loss as soon as possible.

Our policy schedule contains valuable information about which documents to provide and holding carriers responsible within a required period.

NOTIFYING A CARGO LOSS

Please notify W K Webster & Co Ltd of the claim using one of the following options:

Please provide the following information:

  • Contact Details – Your name, company name, address, email & telephone number.
  • Cargo Location – Full name, address of the location, full name & contact of the relevant person(s) at the cargo location site and policy number.
  • Cargo Details – Description of cargo, description of loss, estimated value of loss, have carriers been held liable?

 

NOTE:
On receipt of your notification W K Webster & Co Ltd will contact you and advise whether a survey will be necessary together with what further information and documentation is required to process your claim. If a survey is necessary, they will make arrangements for the same through a local agent/surveyor.

NOTIFYING A FREIGHT LIABILITY LOSS

Please notify ITAL – International Transit and Liability of the claim using one of the following options:
