FIDUCIA Help and Support Update 31.3.20

As we are all acutely aware, Coronavirus (COVID-19) is now a global health pandemic, impacting all our daily personal and business lives. As a UK MGA we are intensely aware of the support we need to provide our brokers and own staff through this difficult period.

We as a business have been following government advice throughout the declared pandemic, and implemented a number of measures as part of our business continuity plan (BCP) to ensure that our brokers can still refer general business enquiries to all our team to ensure a level of service with which they have become accustomed.

We maintain as a priority the welfare of our team and being capable of supporting our brokers.

We have deployed our BCP response team managed in Leeds by our Executive Board and adopted a long term homeworking policy for all staff with the provision of full remote work capabilities. The necessary IT arrangements for our team to work from home are fully operational allowing full access to our computer software platform which in turn allows them to deal with broker requests.

As a business, we will continue to monitor the situation and react accordingly to ensure that our staff are adequately placed to meet the demands and needs of our clients and at the same time ensure their health and welfare in what is a time of unprecedented uncertainty and concern.

Our individual email addresses will remain to be the main point of contact for all our brokers as well as our Leeds office land line number, together with mobile numbers, which are all detailed below and we remain at your disposal to deal with any queries regarding your Policy, Renewals and New Business enquiries.

We believe that we have taken the necessary precautions and adopted the right procedures to serve our supporting brokers and staff.
