Gerry established Fiducia in December 2015, which commenced underwriting in November 2016 and has maintained a profitable record since its formation.

He has 44 years of underwriting experience having previously founded NMU and was instrumental in its growth and subsequent sale to Munich Re in 1999. Prior to that, Gerry worked for four years within the cargo underwriting team at CIGNA.
